Agreement

By using the service (the sharex uploader, website and anything else owned by eeeee.host) you agree to these following rules / terms of service, if you do not then don't use the service.

Right. With that said, let's get to it.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account at any time, follow our rules and it's unlikely to happen.

We (eeeee.host admins & moderators) are not responsible for any uploaded content, unless it's their's and uploaded through their user. If there is content you believe violates the ToS, please report it appropriately.

Data

By using the service, you agree to us storing a very small amount of data about you (if you don't, stop using the service)

When logging in, registering an account, or uploading to the image server, your IP is saved. This is kept private and is only visible by Obey, having to go into your specific user file. It is at no point displayed on our website.

When uploading files, they're visible to admins and admins only, which helps us enforce the following rules. If a file is deleted by you on your panel, your account is deleted, etc. then the file is gone, as we don't log the raw image, but a link to your upload.

Media Restrictions

It's quite simple and straight forward

• No illegal content

• NSFW content IS allowed

• No gore or anything of that sort

• No indecent media of minors

• No malware, or viruses of any sorts

• Spam uploading will result in a punishment

• You can only own one account. If caught, both accounts will be suspended/deleted

• Account sharing is prohibited

• No doxing/exposing personal info
